Before joining Greenlake Energy, Mr. Hudec began his career as a field operations engineer at Ameredev II in 2022, where he gained foundational experience optimizing production, reducing facility downtime, and ensuring regulatory compliance in sour assets across the Delaware Basin. His operational insights led him to advance through facility development roles spanning project execution and facility design before serving as automation project manager, where he built out a SCADA system that enabled fully remote operation of CTBs and pipelines from a centralized control room. Following the acquisition of Ameredev II, he joined the service side of the industry as a technical sales representative for rotating equipment at DXP, servicing applications across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations in the Eagle Ford Basin. Mr. Hudec brings distinctive, cross-functional experience spanning operations, service, and facility development. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, and keeping up with the latest advancements in energy technology.
