Ryan Ainsworth

Prior to joining Greenlake Energy, Mr. Ainsworth was a general manager at Southwestern Energy. He joined Southwestern in 2006 and served in various engineering and budget & planning roles before being promoted to lead production operations in the Fayetteville Shale, with peak production over 2.1 Bcf/d from 4,000+operated wells.  Ultimately Mr. Ainsworth’s diverse leadership responsibilities at Southwestern included area general manager for the Fayetteville Shale overseeing all upstream day-to-day operations, general manager HSE leading the company’s health, safety and environmental strategies, and general manager commercial development primarily focusing on midstream opportunities in Appalachia.  Mr. Ainsworth started his career at Pioneer Natural Resources in 2002 serving in operations and reservoir engineering positions in the Permian and mid-continent basins.

Mr. Ainsworth earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
